Newsletter and Commercial Communications Policy

This policy describes how torresnicolas.com manages the subscription to the newsletter and the sending of commercial communications.

Subscription is free and voluntary. To subscribe, the user must enter their email address, agree to receive the newsletter, and accept the privacy policy.

Before regular sending is activated, the subscription must be confirmed through double opt-in. This means that the user will receive a confirmation email and will only be added to the list after expressly confirming the subscription.

The form is protected through validation, technical logs, internal security controls, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification to reduce automated abuse.

The purpose is to send content, articles, news, and communications related to the professional activity of the owner. The legal basis is the user’s consent.

Technical Management

The newsletter will be managed internally for now, through own or linked infrastructure. No external email marketing provider is currently declared.

Unsubscription

Each communication must include a simple and free unsubscription mechanism. The user may also request unsubscription by sending an email to: hola@torresnicolas.com.

Affiliates and Sponsorships

Currently, there are no active affiliate programs or sponsored communications declared. If affiliate links, sponsorships, or paid recommendations are incorporated in the future, they must be clearly identified and the applicable policies updated.

Retention

Data will be retained as long as the user maintains their subscription. After unsubscription, data may be retained in a blocked state for the necessary period to verify consent, manage responsibilities, or comply with legal obligations.
